ANRO has begun the installation of the dome of the University of Nicosia (Cyprus)

The dome which has an external diameter of 47.20 meters, has been designed by the prestigious architect Jean Nouvel and entirely manufactured in the facilities of ANRO in Tomelloso, where is has a pre-Assembly of the structure by phases, in order to minimize potential problems in the Assembly in your destination, since the structure has an extraordinary complexity for the profiles that use and knots that are generated.

The dome from Tomelloso until Cyprus is transported in containers by sea from the port of Valencia, where you have already departed 36 of 45 containers that make up the total of the structure which ANRO will also ride to work, where they are already 7 of our colleagues to join the assemblies. Cranes of up to 400 tonnes were used for the rise of the main sections of the dome.

The dome will be fully assembled and finished by ANRO on December 2016.
