The Aragonese capital is already one of the largest malls in Spain and the biggest of all Aragon: Plaza Imperial shopping center, with 127.400 m2.

Located in the Technology Park Plaza, along the lines of the BIRD and the A2, will generate 5,000 direct jobs and 7,900 indirect. This shopping and entertainment center has been promoted by ProCom commercial development of Zaragoza, company partly owned by the Eroski and DuProCom, companies with experience in the promotion of commercial centres in Spain, they have made an investment of 230 million euros in its construction and that have entrusted the direction of the project to the prestigious firm LV Salamanca Ingenieros. When the two areas in which has been divided Plaza Imperial (separated by a large roundabout of circulation) are at full capacity within a year, is expected to register some fifteen million annual visits. ANRO is making the structure of the shopping area and will employ 1,400,000 pounds of steel.
