Project description

The Parliament, in Kutaisi, is a huge building covered by a dome of steel and glass that is intended to symbolize the strength and transparency of the young democracy in Georgia.

ANRO metal industries was contracted by CND to participate in the construction of the new Parliament of Georgia, in the city of Kutaisi. ANRO intervention consisted in the manufacture and Assembly of its metal structure, which have been used 3,500 tons of steel with bolted joints, considerably shortened the time of construction, established in only 10 months.

This large building has a glass plate supported by a metal structure of tubular profiles, which have been used 1,500 tons of steel.
